Dispatcher - driver support (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Nova Bridge Farms and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be driver support. You would join a small organisation of about 72 people based in Boston. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling packing house output on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of packing house output. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
