Dispatcher - driver support (Boston, MA)

Rivermark Harbor Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Boston. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on driver support. You would join a large organisation of about 420 people based in Boston. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling landfill records on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of landfill records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
