Bright Orchard Farms is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on driver support for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 136 people based in Boston. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling harvest schedules on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of harvest schedules.
