Dispatcher - driver support (Boston, MA)

Amberfield Forge Farms Group is an agricultural business based around Boston. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on driver support. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling harvest schedules on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
