Dispatcher - driver support (Boston, MA)

Rivermark Harbor Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Boston. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on driver support. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling service complaints on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of service complaints. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
