Dispatcher - driver support (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Yarrow Inspection Services Group and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be driver support. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Austin. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling test reports on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of test reports. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
