Dispatcher - driver support (Atlanta, GA)

Highbridge Meridian Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Atlanta. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on driver support. You would join a large organisation of about 368 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling test reports on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of test reports. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
