Dispatcher - driver support (Albuquerque, NM)

Bright Ashton Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Albuquerque, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our driver support. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling test reports on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of test reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
