Dispatcher - driver support (Albuquerque, NM)

Lumen Oak Inspection Services is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on driver support for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling certifications on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of certifications. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
