Dispatcher - driver support (Albuquerque, NM)

Highbridge West Freight is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on driver support for proof of delivery, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling proof of delivery on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
