Dispatcher - daily route planning (Tulsa, OK)

Fernwood Cross Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Tulsa, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. You would join a small organisation of about 148 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
