Dispatcher - daily route planning (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Keystone Inspection Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling field inspections on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of field inspections. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
