Dispatcher - daily route planning (Tampa, FL)

Clearpath Orchard Environmental Services is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on daily route planning for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling collection routes on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
