Dispatcher - daily route planning (Spokane, WA)

Redstone Ashton Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Spokane. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling field inspections on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of field inspections. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
