Dispatcher - daily route planning (Spokane, WA)

Bright West Environmental Services Partners is an environmental-services company in Spokane with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling collection routes on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
