Dispatcher - daily route planning (Savannah, GA)

Nova Birch Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Savannah. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling recycling loads on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
