Dispatcher - daily route planning (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath West Environmental Services Group and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling weigh tickets on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of weigh tickets. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
