Dispatcher - daily route planning (San Diego, CA)

Lumen Harbor Environmental Services is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on daily route planning for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling landfill records on changes. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of landfill records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
