Dispatcher - daily route planning (San Antonio, TX)

Clearpath Lakeside Environmental Services is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on daily route planning for fleet maintenance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling fleet maintenance on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of fleet maintenance. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
