Dispatcher - daily route planning (San Antonio, TX)

Amberfield Quill Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in San Antonio, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling landfill records on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of landfill records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
