Dispatcher - daily route planning (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Nova Fern Environmental Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling weigh tickets on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
