Dispatcher - daily route planning (Salt Lake City, UT)

Westbrook Meridian Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Salt Lake City, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
