Dispatcher - daily route planning (Salt Lake City, UT)

Fernwood Bridge Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Salt Lake City region, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling cold storage on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of cold storage. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
