Dispatcher - daily route planning (Sacramento, CA)

Highbridge Linden Inspection Services Group is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on daily route planning for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 122 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling client sites on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of client sites.
