Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Hollow Environmental Services Group and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling recycling loads on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of recycling loads. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
