Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Keystone Environmental Services Group and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling recycling loads on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of recycling loads. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
