Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Umber Inspection Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of equipment calibration. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
