Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Foxglove Keystone Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Nashville. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
