Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Bright Glen Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around St. Louis. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling scheduling on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
