Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Westbrook Mill Environmental Services Partners is an environmental-services company in San Jose with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling fleet maintenance on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
