Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Rivermark Lakeside Freight is a Atlanta logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling claims on changes. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of claims. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
