Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Bright Fern Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Las Vegas. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling proof of delivery on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of proof of delivery. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
