Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Sparrow Environmental Services Partners and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. You would join a large organisation of about 771 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling fleet maintenance on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of fleet maintenance. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
