Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Harborlight Hollow Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Des Moines region. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling cold storage on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of cold storage. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
