Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Foxglove Sparrow Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Colorado Springs, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling scheduling on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of scheduling. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
