Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Westbrook Umber Inspection Services Group is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on daily route planning for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of equipment calibration. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
