Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Orchard Farms Group and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling harvest schedules on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
