Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Harborlight Lakeside Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Denver, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. We reward reliability. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling dock schedules on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of dock schedules. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
