Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Ironwood Clear Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Fresno, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling certifications on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
