Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Orchard Environmental Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling service complaints on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of service complaints. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
