Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Nova Drift Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Salt Lake City with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling recycling loads on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of recycling loads. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
