Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Ivory Inspection Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling test reports on changes. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of test reports. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
