Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Fernwood Union Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Minneapolis, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
