Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Summit Ashton Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Toledo, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling test reports on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
