Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Summit Ivory Inspection Services is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on daily route planning for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
