Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Nova Glen Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Pittsburgh, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. You would join a small organisation of about 188 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling client sites on changes. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of client sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
