Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Keystone Farms and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling packing house output on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of packing house output. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
