Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Cedar Juniper Farms is an agricultural business based around Des Moines, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling field records on changes. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
