Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Westbrook Mill Environmental Services Associates serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in El Paso, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling collection routes on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of collection routes. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
