Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Cedar Ivory Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Denver, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling certifications on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of certifications. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
